It was here in Jiangxi province where artists acquired much of the Kaolin clay required to make porcelain. In tribute to China’s porcelain heritage, Hua Quan Village displays the masterpiece of modern ceramic artist Zhou Guozhen and ceramics by Chinese arts master Zhang Yuxian.

Over 200 breathtaking paintings of quintessential China are on display at the Chinese Art Museum. Contemporary Chinese artists have successfully captured the spirit of the place in their 21st century style of painting. Thanks to generous donors, this private collection is now available for viewing.

Resident Artists and Art Village

To support the local and international art community, Hua Quan Village has established a resident artist program. There are close to 20 artists and craftsmen that have established their studios and galleries at the village. The village of Hua Quan is lined with these studios and galleries where these artists can display their work. Julian Beever Street Art Exhibit

Julian Beever is known all over the world for his 3D pavement drawings. Julian, visited Hua Quan Village in 2019 and created several stunning masterpieces in a dedicated exhibit.
